I need feedback for a busniess plan

I have really been researching on how to make a business. I have a great enviroment education back ground. So I just heard its best to hear feedback on your idea. I was thinking of creating a marine education company on the ocean, and research. Then after about five or ten years later make a MPA. They also said to do a marketing research before I start a business plan. I know there are some company's like MOTE Arline labs and the aquariums. So what are your feedback?
