How do you think we could get more people interesed in global warming? i think people should get into it, because its our fault its happening. i really think that if we all changed our way of life some- we could be able to save the planet we are on.

That's a tough one... most everyone outside the US has long been convinced that global warming is not only is happening and caused by us, but that we all must start making the changes needed to avert the worst of it in the near future. In the US, thanks to political marketing groups funded heavily by the oil & gas and coal industries (and others), like the pathetic Heartland Institute that was recently in the news, the false appearance of a debate (in only the US) persists. It will take the concerted effort by the people, media and strong leaders to accept the truth and start the actions that are seriously needed now. The "debate" has been over for at least a decade... and we are only embarrassing ourselves and putting everyone on the planet at risk the longer we allow the issue to remain a political joke in the US. A couple of sites I recommend for further info and ways to get involved today are:

Extending a sea ethic would mean recognizing the ocean’s importance to the continued existence of life on our planet and to human futures. From this recognition would flow an appropriate sense of moral imperative, commitment, and urgency—urgency toward ending overfishing and wasteful bycatch and aggressively rebuilding depleted ocean wildlife populations, stabilizing human effects on world climate, slowing habitat destruction, stemming global transport and accidental introduction of "alien" species, curbing the flow of contaminants and trash, developing sustainable seafood farming, cultivating an informed approach to the seafood marketplace, and implementing networks of protected areas in the sea. - Dr. Carl Safina

The national aquarium in baltimore (I worked there recently) is working hard to educate the public (specifically children) about climate change and what people can do at home to help prevent it. One of the big plans is to get the public informed about it so the government will be forced to take action.
